Unanswered questions about London Underground

There were a number of companies that opened railways that were used as extensions. What happened to railway companies like:
Hammersmith & City Railway
Baker Street and Swiss Cottage Railway   Answer: Taken over by the Metropolitan 1882. BS&SC wound up 1883-01-01
Whitechapel & Bow Railway
Ealing & South Harrow Railway
East London Railway

My guess is that the H&C was taken over by the Metropolitan Railway, but when?
My guess is that the W&B and E&SH were taken over by the Metropolitan District Railway, but when?
Or did they survive until the formation of London Transport in 1933?
